Owner/Attorney at Law

Habla Español

Adam J Stewart is one of the few go-to litigators in California for personal injury and workers’ compensation crossover cases, high profile, criminal and defamation cases, agricultural litigation, catastrophic injury cases, death, paralysis and amputation. He has represented workers from all fields in wrongful termination and discrimination matters. Licensed to practice in California and admitted to other jurisdictions.

Mr. Stewart can represent your interests in all Federal and State courts in California. He is uniquely familiar with all aspects of California’s administrative courts and specifically the California WCAB. He is Board Certified by the State Bar of California in Workers’ Compensation law.

He is most comfortable in a courtroom while other lawyers prefer to resolve cases over the phone or in their offices. He commands the highest value for all cases he handles.

His core practice areas are complex, third-party and personal injury with workers’ compensation. Mr. Stewart has been found to represent judges, union workers, managers, and all working class people in California and throughout the United Stated. He has traveled extensively for the interests of clients and is comfortable representing defendants that have sought his services over the years.

Please see his “latest news” page to review varied and ongoing accomplishments.
As lead counsel for Sharon Rocha, mother of Laci Peterson, he became a household name. He aggressively litigated and permanently deprived convicted murderer Scott Peterson of profits and life insurance proceeds for the murder of his wife Laci.

Adam is from the Valley and not on the back of some telephone book. He is local and available to meet with you personally.
